The Alexander Technique is a way of becoming aware of how we do things. Unconscious habits of slumping or stooping are often the cause of aches or pains. Becoming aware of these habits can help us make choices about how we think or move.
During an individual lesson the teacher uses the guidance of her hands and verbal directions to help you restore your postural reflexes and natural tone, promoting a healthy body to last a lifetime.
